5月13日,叉車屆的“奧林匹克”賽事——第四屆“林德杯”全球技能大賽-全國(guó)總決賽在林德(中國(guó))叉車有限公司廈門總部圓滿落幕。中國(guó)物流與采購(gòu)聯(lián)合會(huì)裝備委員會(huì)主任馬增榮先生,中國(guó)工程機(jī)械工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)工業(yè)車輛分會(huì)秘書長(zhǎng)張潔女士,以及林德(中國(guó))叉車有限公司總裁兼首席執(zhí)行官郭進(jìn)鵬先生,銷售及服務(wù)副總裁謝德安先生,運(yùn)營(yíng)副總裁唐瑞勇先生,財(cái)務(wù)副總裁SCHROETER Patric先生,廈門市政府及總工會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),以及客戶代表、媒體朋友們等出席了本次活動(dòng)。

開幕儀式中,林德(中國(guó))叉車有限公司總裁兼首席執(zhí)行官郭進(jìn)鵬先生首先發(fā)表了致辭,他表示:“26年來(lái)林德(中國(guó))一直秉承以客戶為導(dǎo)向的企業(yè)精神,將全方位價(jià)值鏈的概念貫穿客戶服務(wù)理念之中,為用戶提供全方位的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品及解決方案,同時(shí)也注重企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任,將提升安全生產(chǎn)意識(shí)及作業(yè)效率作為己任。本屆“林德杯”通過(guò)全國(guó)近50個(gè)城市,1000家企業(yè)選手的選拔和交流,提供跨行業(yè)、跨區(qū)域的廣泛交流平臺(tái),錘煉一線叉車作業(yè)人員的實(shí)操技能,提高叉車操作者的駕駛技能與工作效率,切實(shí)推動(dòng)了中國(guó)物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展?！?

隨后,中國(guó)物流與采購(gòu)聯(lián)合會(huì)裝備委員會(huì)主任馬增榮先生在致辭中提到,作為物流環(huán)節(jié)中重要的一環(huán),叉車的高效運(yùn)作對(duì)物流效率的提高有著關(guān)鍵性的作用,同時(shí),中國(guó)工程機(jī)械工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)工業(yè)車輛分會(huì)秘書長(zhǎng)張潔女士提到了上半年中國(guó)工業(yè)車輛行業(yè)的增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)態(tài),以及傳統(tǒng)叉車行業(yè)走向智能化和自動(dòng)化的趨勢(shì),也表達(dá)了對(duì)林德產(chǎn)品的贊揚(yáng)與肯定,“林德追求領(lǐng)先,創(chuàng)造卓越,勇于創(chuàng)新,特別注重叉車生產(chǎn)效率,運(yùn)行成本,產(chǎn)品壽命等關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo),提升了國(guó)內(nèi)物料搬運(yùn)設(shè)備的水準(zhǔn),為中國(guó)工業(yè)的整體發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。”啟動(dòng)儀式鼓舞人心,選手們奮力拼搏,逐夢(mèng)揚(yáng)威,在高昂激烈的口號(hào)中及神采奕奕的笑容里自信前進(jìn),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)鼓舞歡呼聲此起彼伏,大家都深深被選手們的競(jìng)技精神感染。
全國(guó)總決賽在一片拉拉隊(duì)的吶喊聲中正式開始。28支優(yōu)秀隊(duì)伍先后進(jìn)行了個(gè)人賽-“木”不轉(zhuǎn)精以及團(tuán)體賽-精益“球”精。個(gè)人賽需要選手駕駛叉車用貨叉叉取兩端放置礦泉水的積木、在搭建處按上下兩根不重疊的原則進(jìn)行搭建,搭建完6根積木用時(shí)最少選手獲勝,充分考驗(yàn)了選手在叉車操作過(guò)程中的穩(wěn)、快、準(zhǔn)。而團(tuán)體賽需要2個(gè)選手配合,不僅叉車要過(guò)減速帶,同時(shí)還要叉取高爾夫球撞擊銅鑼,對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)之間配合的默契度提出更高要求。

經(jīng)過(guò)激烈的角逐,中車長(zhǎng)春軌道客車股份有限公司代表隊(duì)?wèi){借出眾的操作技能奪得桂冠,他們將代表中國(guó)隊(duì)在德國(guó)9月份舉辦的“林德杯”全球大賽中向世界優(yōu)秀的選手發(fā)出挑戰(zhàn)。緊隨其后的是中儲(chǔ)糧油脂工業(yè)東莞有限公司、一汽物流有限公司代表隊(duì)榮得亞軍;而元翔(廈門)國(guó)際航空港股份有限公司、毛鋪酒業(yè)有限公司、一汽物流(佛山)有限公司代表隊(duì)則獲得了全國(guó)季軍。

自動(dòng)化、數(shù)字化和新能源概念的充分融入是本屆“林德杯”的亮點(diǎn),林德將這三個(gè)維度發(fā)揮得淋漓盡致,如新能源叉車的賽車車型選擇;增設(shè) “人機(jī)大戰(zhàn)”,零距離體驗(yàn)人類與人工智能博弈;現(xiàn)場(chǎng)引入林德智聯(lián)車隊(duì)管理系統(tǒng)Smartlink作為“數(shù)字化裁判”等,將賽事設(shè)計(jì)別出心裁。

關(guān)于“林德杯”
“林德杯”中國(guó)叉車職業(yè)技能巡回賽始創(chuàng)于2007年,被譽(yù)為叉車界的“奧林匹克賽”,以選手眾多、規(guī)模龐大、難度高而聞名,極具挑戰(zhàn)性和觀賞性。首屆比賽參賽選手之多、規(guī)模之大,開業(yè)界先河創(chuàng)造了上海大世界吉尼斯紀(jì)錄。大賽旨在鍛煉一線叉車工人的實(shí)操技能,提高叉車操作人員的駕駛技能與工作效率,進(jìn)而從客戶的角度降低物流成本,提高作業(yè)安全度,促進(jìn)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速健康發(fā)展,同時(shí)發(fā)揚(yáng)“更高、更快、更強(qiáng)”的“奧林匹克”精神。第四屆賽事規(guī)模更為龐大,于2018.5正式開幕并在全國(guó)各大城市火熱展開,分別在北方、南方、中部、東部、蘇東5個(gè)大區(qū)以及經(jīng)銷商區(qū)域進(jìn)行角逐。最終,產(chǎn)生了28支優(yōu)秀代表隊(duì)在2019年5月13日的全國(guó)總決賽中爭(zhēng)霸,總冠軍將代表中國(guó)隊(duì)前往德國(guó)參加今年秋天的全球總決賽。
The 4th Linde Cup Forklift Skills Competition came to a successful close
On May 13th, the 3rd Linde Cup Forklift Skills Competition, Olympic Games of forklift industry, was successfully held in Linde (China) headquarter in Xiamen. The Director of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP) Mr. Ma Zengrong, Secretary-general of China Industrial Truck Association (CITA) Ms. Zhang Jie, President and CEO of Linde(China) Mr. Chingpong Quek, Vice Presidents of Linde(China) Mr. Xie Dean, Mr. Tang Ruiyong and Mr. SCHROETER Patric,leaders of the Xiamen Municipal Government and the General Labor Union, as well as customer representatives and media friends attended the whole fabulous event..
In the Opening Ceremony, Mr. Chingpong Quek made a speech firstly. He claimed that Linde has always been keeping customer focus and offering professional material handling solutions for more than two decades in China, as well as focusing on the way of enhance users’ safety awareness. This 4th Linde Cup Forklift Skills Competition is a good platform for multi-industry communication on safe operation and work efficiency. Nowadays logistics industry has become pillar industry of national economy. Mr. Ma Zengrong of CFLP said that the efficient operation of forklift truck plays an important role in the whole logistic links, and Linde Cup competition will take the industry to a new level.
At the same time, Ms. Zhang Jie, Secretary-general of China Industrial Truck Association (CITA), mentioned the growth trend of China's industrial vehicle industry in the first half of the year, and the trend of the traditional forklift industry becoming intelligent and automated. She also expressed praise and affirmation of Linde products.
The national finals officially began in the shout of a cheerleader. 28 outstanding teams have conducted individual and team competitions. The individual competition fully tested the players' stability, speed and accuracy in the operation of the forklift. The team competition requires two players to meet the high requirements of the tacit understanding of teamwork.
After fierce competition, the representative team of CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. won the championship with outstanding operational skills. They will represent the Chinese team in the “Linde Cup” global competition held in Germany in September to challenge the world's outstanding players. . Followed by the Sinograin Oils & Fats Industrial Dongguan Co., Ltd., FAW Logistics Co., Ltd., the two team won the runner-up; and Arport (Xiamen) International Airport Co., Ltd., Maopu Liquor Co., Ltd., FAW Logistics (Foshan) Co., Ltd. ,The team won the national third place.
The full integration of automation, digitalization and new energy concepts is the highlight of this year's Linde Cup. Linde will fully utilize these three dimensions, such as the selection of racing models for new energy forklifts; adding “human-machine wars”, provide humans the opportunity to challenge robots . In addition, Linde(China) introduced the fleet management system Smartlink as a digital judge to make the event design unique.
Linde believes that we Chinese competitors will shine up on the world’s stage. We also believe that China’s logistics technology equipment will constantly go to the forefront of the world.
